Domestic orders normally ship out within 3-5 business days after being confirmed. This does not include weekends or holidays. International orders will take 7-10 business days, as we stagger international shipments for discretion purposes. Drops and sales will typically extend these times. Once your order ships, you should receive an email with tracking information.

Priority 2-3 Day Shipping is only for Shipping. This means that once it is received by USPS, it should arrive in 2-3 days. Shipping times do not include processing times. We do not offer an option for rushed processing.

We are a small team, and we pack each order individually. As such, we appreciate your patience as we get to each order in the order we have received payment.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.
If your order has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we are unable to issue a refund or reship. Please open a claim with USPS.
If your order is seized by USPS or Customs (US or Foreign) we are unable to reship or refund. 

Sending Exotic Genetix Ethereum (ETH):

1. Open your preferred crypto wallet app and select the ‘Send’ option.
2. Copy and paste the provided wallet address into your own wallet app.
3. Choose which wallet you want to send Ethereum (ETH) from.
4. Enter the USD equivalent to your order’s total.
5. Carefully check that you’re happy with the details and then continue. Please note: Include enough to cover any transaction fees your wallet may charge.
6. IMPORTANT: Email [email protected] your Name, Order #, and Hash ID/Transaction ID to verify your payment. Orders will NOT be processed until this information is verified. Any Ehtereum (ETH) payments received will be kept if not verified in a timely manner.

At this time, we are unable to accept Cash, Check, or Money Order as payment.
We are able to accept credit card or crypto payment. 

Once a package has been delivered to USPS, we no longer have any control over what happens with it and are unable to claim responsibility. We recommend you open a claim with USPS.

No Credit Card transactions for international shipments. WAAVE is only available to US Customers. When checking out with WAAVE we cannot ship outside the United States.

If payment (or payment information such as Hash ID for ETH payment) has not been received within 7 days, we will cancel the order. 

All bonus items (random bonus packs, bobbleheads, action figures, stickers, posters, etc) are available while supplies last.

 

 

As of March 2024, International orders will no longer ship in or with original packaging. It will just be seeds inside plastic pucks. We no longer ship original packaging or any merchandise items internationally due to issues with customs. There are no exceptions. (“Merchandise items” includes stickers, posters, bags, hats, bobbleheads, clothing items, etc.)

If you order individual merchandise items in addition to your packs, you will receive an email stating we will not ship merchandise with pucks, with further options.

We accept card payment or crypto payment via Bitcoin or Ethereum. Often, crypto payment is easier for international customers.

If your package is lost/damaged/tampered with after it has been shipped, we are unable to refund or replace, regardless of the shipping method chosen. We only ship via USPS. There are no exceptions.

International shipping typically takes up to 10 business days, as we have a limit on what we are able to ship internationally each day.

Cryptocurrency Payment Disclaimer (ETH / BTC)

Payments made using cryptocurrency (including Ethereum and Bitcoin) are subject to market price fluctuations.

In the event that a refund is required for any reason, the refunded amount will be based on the USD value of the original order at the time the refund is processed, not the original cryptocurrency amount received. As a result, the refunded cryptocurrency amount may differ from the original decimal amount paid, depending on the current exchange rate at the time of refund.

By completing your purchase using cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with cryptocurrency price volatility and agree to these refund terms.
