Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All paid orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the order is verified by one of our team members. Orders are not processed or shipped M-F after 4pm, Saturdays, Sundays, and all US federal holidays.

If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, processing times and shipment dates may be delayed further than the time allotted above. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, please reach out to us with your name, email address, and order # and we will be sure to look further into the delay.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard and Guaranteed shipping times are offered at the time of checkout.

Standard shipping should arrive 1-3 business days from the date your parcel is received by the courier.

Guaranteed shipping should arrive 1-3 business days from the date your parcel is received by the courier and is guaranteed delivery. If for any reason your parcel is deemed undeliverable or lost, we will replace it free of charge with the requirement that you provide a new shipping address to ensure delivery. This requirement may be waived by the customer, however, if it is deemed undeliverable or lost again, we will not replace the package.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking # should be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Exotic Genetix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Exotic Genetix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by our courier. If we cannot validate the shipping address, we will contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot validate the shipping address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Exotic Genetix will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you did not receive your order, but the shipping courier has reported that it was delivered, we will not replace your order.  

 

International Shipping Policy
As of March 2024, International orders will no longer ship in or with original packaging. It will just be seeds inside plastic pucks. We no longer ship original packaging or any merchandise items internationally due to issues with customs. There are no exceptions. (“Merchandise items” includes stickers, posters, bags, hats, bobbleheads, clothing items, etc.)

If you order individual merchandise items in addition to your packs, you will receive an email stating we will not ship merchandise with pucks, with further options.

We accept card payment or crypto payment via Bitcoin or Ethereum. Often, crypto payment is easier for international customers.

If your package is lost/damaged/tampered with after it has been shipped, we are unable to refund or replace, regardless of the shipping method chosen. We only ship via USPS. There are no exceptions.

International shipping typically takes up to 10 business days, as we have a limit on what we are able to ship internationally each day.

WAAVE International Shipping Policy

No WAAVE card transactions are allowed for international shipping.

First Class and Priority shipping times are offered at the time of checkout dependent on your location.

First Class shipping should arrive between 1-3 weeks from the date your parcel is received by the courier.

Priority shipping should arrive between 1-2 weeks from the date your parcel is received by the courier. If for any reason your parcel is deemed undeliverable or lost, we will replace it once free of charge.
